Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Emitlo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

Emitlo provides email delivery infrastructure via REST API and SMTP relay. We offer transactional and marketing email delivery with authentication (DKIM/SPF/DMARC), analytics, webhooks, and related features.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and SMTP credentials. You must not share credentials or use the service to send unsolicited emails (spam). You must comply with all applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).

Acceptable Use

You may not use Emitlo to send spam, phishing emails, malware, or any content that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.

Service Level Agreement

We target 99.9% uptime for our API and SMTP endpoints. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.

Pricing and Payment

Free plan includes up to 12,000 emails per month during the early access period. Pro plan is billed at $0.15 per 1,000 emails. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

Limitation of Liability

Emitlo is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
