We collect information you provide directly: email address, domain names, API credentials, and account details. We also collect usage data such as API call logs, delivery metrics, and service performance data.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve our email delivery service, process and deliver your emails, monitor service performance and uptime, communicate with you about your account, and comply with legal obligations.

Data Retention

Email body content is stored only during queue transit and cleared after successful delivery. API logs and delivery metadata are retained according to your plan (14 days for Free, 90 days for Pro). Account information is retained for the duration of your account.

GDPR Compliance

Emitlo is designed with GDPR compliance in mind. We do not store email body content long-term. We process data only as necessary to provide the service. You may request data export or deletion at any time by contacting us.

Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for all API and SMTP connections, HMAC-signed webhooks, and RSA 2048-bit DKIM keys per domain.
